Paololuca Autore is an international business advisor and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of professional experience.
He began working at the age of 19 and has spent most of his professional life in the United Kingdom, building extensive experience across accountancy, taxation, company formation, corporate services and banking-related business support.
Throughout his career, Paololuca has held leadership and management responsibilities, working closely with companies, entrepreneurs and professional advisers across different jurisdictions.
His experience has given him a practical understanding of how businesses are created, managed, structured and developed internationally, particularly between the UK, Europe and the United Arab Emirates.
Although leadership has always been a central part of his career, Paololuca strongly believes that the best results come from teamwork. His approach is based on bringing together the right professionals, combining different areas of expertise and ensuring that everyone works towards the same commercial objective.
Today, he is the Founder and CEO of Fidury, where he focuses on international business advisory, corporate structuring, company formation, accounting and tax coordination, banking support and cross-border business development.
His philosophy is simple: strong leadership matters, but successful businesses are built by strong teams.
